assume you don’t know. company is not running just because of her or you. you do your assigned work and forget rest. manager will deal with his problems, why do you have to think about his job? are they going to pay you his salary if you do his job?

if u are worried about work burden.. then let ur manager know at that time 

always remember, in IT every body is replaceable.. so don’t think much about morals/ethics and stuff
