How much is the JPMC offer? 
In all big companies, it varies from team to team… but they get stuck mostly in process and you attend lot of meetings.. but the actual work done is very less.. work chesthe cheyinchukuntaru.. lekapothe vadilestharu… many people just get on by doing the minimum..

if you are getting something in the range of 275K at JPMC, go for it blindly
