H4 approval issue

Folks need one help ! I changed my job recently and as part of that change employer filed h4 as well for my wife ! Tana previous h4 valid till 31 jan 23 ! And tana kotha h4 approval ochindi ! But the start date is 10-feb-2023 ! Idhi issue kada ideally it should have start date as my h1 start date !

My wife's I-94 date and H4 renewal approval date has 10 days gap. I went to the nearest USCIS field office for the same reason. They told its ok. 10 days won't be a problem. I think it should be fine.
