coming to GST, GST is not a new tax but accumulation of all taxes that were previously there before, when tax changes happen it appears as new tax but its not the case for most items

GST reform is a single biggest reason he can be elected many time more, this will be single biggest reform when we go 10 yrs into future, its has few issues that will get corrected through recommendations of GST commitee

It will happen and it has been happening. North and west has good rail connectivity and South has very good road network. Infact, The govt’s spent more money in South India and now they are spending more in North and NE India. It’s a phase wise development. 
 

We do not have resources to build everything uniformly all across India.

The concept of giving back the money is an invalid argument. It’s the government, not a private limited company which earns the money and distributes among its shareholders as per their shareholding investments.

TG is a net contributor but does it has everything to survive on its own ? Like does it manufacture and grow everything ? TG needs steel, which we needs to get it from Jharkhand or Bengal and imagine if those states start charging exponentially more to give us the steel, do you know where Tg stands today ? We get steel for the same price as everyone else does. They can sell coal which is in huge demand to very high price but they sell at mandated rate. Imagine if every state behaves in sync with the arguement, every state will go down and not even one will be a net contributor. 
 

Its Government. People chip in money what we call as taxes to uplift its population. California pays more to the federal than it gets back, Greater Tokyo contributes 30% to Japan’s GDP but that does not mean they will get back that 30%. Idemi cash back scheme kadu kada..
