When you refinance, you will start paying fresh interest on the loan… check the total loan cost when you refinance.. interest already paid in the current loan and interest to be paid in the new loan..

it doesnt work that way, current balance ki interest entha undo anthe kadathav. For example if you have a loan with 5% interest rate for 5 years, you dont only pay interest, you also pay principle. One year taruvatha refinance chepisthe 3% ki vasthundi ante chepinchachu, just make sure u take the loan for 4 years.
