GC EAD question

If we use GC EAD and abandoned H1B. something happens to 485 ..is there any way we can get back on H1b .. some one mentioned through consular process we can get back on to H1b ?

Consular process only when your h1 is active/valid buffalo 🦬 or you need to go through CAP 🧢

Assuming we will never come in quota bro so any employer can get h1 consular but why 485 denied might be important factor for stamping
