maa area lo oka desi Fixer Upper business chesthadu...his father actually started the business and the son took over it I think 10 years ago...

they buy foreclosure homes for cheap prices, fix them with contractor grade material, sell them for good price...it's a good business in my area..

I initially thought of doing it and I still have it in my mind but somewhere little hesitant to start..

This is already done , but not that easy as in India...

Land zoning etc need a big builder and some local politicians influence.. for ex: in most suburban locations, you need to lay roads or do some coffer developments to get permissions.

Small builders are blocked by big builders using their influence

Indians have cushy software jobs or mesthri jobs where money falls in to bank account every 2 weeks. They wont go for these where one has to move men and material.

Adhi seyyali anteee....Investment gattiga kavaliiii.....You have to have alot of money upfront. Loans ki pothe high interest for such investments and also you have to pool with multiple investors.

Tharvatha profit making happens once you sell it. In the mean time, many things can go wrong and desi people dont want to risk it.

Vomerica lo illu kattadam contractors tho deal seyyadam,....mana India lo mesthri la ni dobbinatuuu kadhuuu...10ngutharuuuu vallkiiii full demand ikkadaaa
