Fresh H1 petition file cheyala like brand new? Or 2015 lo unna na H1 petition ni re-use cheyocha (with different employer in US)? Job search lo fresh sponsorship ani andaru pakkaki po untundru.. any pointers in general cheppandi.. anyone in my situation how did they approach job search.. Quote

Some employer has to file H1 Change of Employer petition with valid job offer. If you are rejoining old employer then they has to file amendment+extension with valid job offer.
