m not talkinf about downgrade/upgrades.. Straight eb3 batch gurnchi..

No...Spillover happens only when those numbers are "not required" for EB2 and EB1. In other words, EB1 and EB2 have to be current in order for those spill over numbers to be used for EB3. Right now EB1 is current and so spillover numbers went to EB2.

Any doubts? Advancing EB3 was a trap set for us and all fell for it back in 2020.

August bulletin lo they moved 1 month no? Can we expect same thing in September too?

EB3 cannot get any EB1,EB2row, EB4, EB5 spillovers as we have a huge backlog in EB2. It might only get some from FB in 2023. So EB2 is faster.

yeah September may be 1 month. October should be a big jump. But Uscis em chestundo evadiki ardam katle..  EB3 ki max rod dimpindi.

expecting 3-6months in Oct 2022. Hopefully by Oct 2023, it will clear till beginning of 2016.
