The MP just exposed large scale financial irregularities during TDP rule

I don't think it's outright corruption , it's to hide large scale diversion of funds to party schemes and incompetence in administration

Telangana state finances look good but these last 3 years debt to gsdp increased by 6% from 19% in 2019 to 25% by 2022 which is worrying. Also has the highest state corporation loans 

Andhra is pretty as usual belonging to bimaru tier.  State corporation loans are also high but not as much as TG

When delhi itself is den of irregularities - i dont think it has any moral right to "comment" on other so called financial irregularities. Its quiet possible the govt put the best use for funds going against the bureacratic nonsense from union govt.

in fact it is super unlikely there is a large scale irregularity over and above of what delhi itself does or any state govt does. If it is there then they can easily unearth with opposition at power in both Amaravati and delhi - in addition to "pakka" state. Delhi sends ED raids and CBI raids like giving candy.

what happens is like  as an example Delhi gives those funds for State to buy machine guns to further oppress people. State uses the funds for pensions. Technically its a "misappropiration" but in reality its a good thing.
