GC question

my pd is 2014 June EB3, my 485 interview done last year though not current. I don’t have hopes it will current in next 3 - 4 years. I’m asking my employer for EB2 upgrade  , he is keep saying looking into process from last 4 months.

Questions :

if I change company, new company will take 6 - 12 months for EB2 to file  , then labor, perm and 485 will take 3 years ? 
 
What is the best route you suggest? In EB2 if I get 140 can I do inter file since have GC EAD in EB3 or entire new 485 required in EB2

EB3 to EB2 "upgrade" process requires the filing of a new Labor Certification and related Form I-140 petition, requesting EB2 classification. New perm takes around 6 months to an year, after that you can file EB2 I-140 in premium.

push current employer to start eb2 perm asap.

worst case find an employer who is willing to start your labor asap

Either new 485 OR INTERFILE based on timelines same unayi bro

So if yiu are in same company interfile will be easy ,new company ki velthe some companies don't want to file new 485, can they interfile with eb2 check with attorney bro either path it will take 12 minths to get 140
