Asians in general are not perceived as minorities , so the issues are generally swept under the rug in public schools

there's nothing you can about it except moving to a better school district or a private school

The same pattern will repeat everywhere else too. This is Coppell school district remember, one of the highest Asian represented districts in the US with a huge Asian(including Indian) community representation
