Passport Validity Question - Please Help!!

Hi,

 

Na I-797 July 2023 varuku validity vundhi but passport June 2023 ki expire avthundhi.

Nenu September 2022 lo stamping ki velthunna. Present passport tho stamping ki vellacha leka renewal ki apply chesi kotha passport kuda thesukoni velaala? 

Please suggest.

Tatkal lo apply chesko, you will get new passport in few weeks. Go with new passport, don't leave anything to chance

yep new passport , get under tatkal

New passport can be applied if it expires in next 6 months I guess. 1 month kosam why this gola. Renew passport after stamping is done and coming back to US.

stamp vestaru until I-797 date, but i94 matram expiry date varukee istaru. I experienced it yesterday

You can apply with current passport also 

hope u r coming back to us before Jan 2023 and do not have international travel plans after that 

but I recommend to get a new passport and to stamping - one less thing to worry for next 10 years 

u can apply for tatkal passport in US a too - check it out

nee passport entha varaku undo antha varake istharu i-94, as urs have only 1month issue, when you apply for new i-797 it will get updated. No worries. Make sure you apply little early to make sure its approved before June

India Passport renewal can be done 1 year before expiry of passport.

Tatkal lo apply chesthey..september ki vosthundho ledho doubt and nenu visa slot na present passport number tho book chesina.
