BJP is not for state. The aliiance was meant to make bjp stronger in delhi and TDP in state. BJP got the better side of the deal.

Tdp coverts in BJP like kamineni srinivas, haribabu won but the party didn't benefit  

That's why after immediately ditching TDP , BJP won 4 MP seats in Telangana and got 50+ in GHMC. Any alliance in Andhra would destroy the momentum of BJP Telangana unit giving KCR easy ammunition 

The theoretical seats Gained in AP would not offset losses in Telangana. 

And the most important thing is whoever wins in Andhra. 25 MP's will support the single largest party in rest of India be it BJP or congress. Andhra is an irrelevant state on national scale
