Oracle WebCenter tool is used for Optical character recognition and import invoices or orders into ERP etc 

Are clients still using this tool ? 
 

Are there other latest tools that replaced WebCenter or ate into WebCenter market ?

Azure Form Recognizer with Databricks, Power Apps and Logic Apps. It can be trained from the PDFs or PNGs to capture field data into JSON which can be used to feed into your database.

most companies use Microsoft tools and it would not be cost effective to deviate from their ecosystem (like using Java, Tableau instead of just using C#, Power BI) that are well integrated and work like a well-oiled machine. The upside is, Microsoft tools are dirt cheap for a business to afford!
