usage for worldwide will increase as its last quarter, DoS doesnot know unless they allocate visa to RoW, they have the privilege to get visa over us, USCIS has issues a lot of GC's already and they may have a shortfall into next month, which will result in retrogression

What you said is correct but very less chances retro since we are getting min 45K SO. ee FY leftover ni next SO will cover pakka ga. But leftover e 2 months lo ekkuva unte from ROW that will be mess up for EB2 chances. Max retro avvakapovachu scenario lo kuda but movement ne aagochu.

Mine is 2014 October but I am no longer with my previous employer so need to wait until i140 is approved with the new employer . What are my chances until my new i140 is approved
