You can just select home delivery instead of going to chennai again in 2 to 3 weeks

passport, i-797, previous i-797 if you changed employer, photos, ds-160 submission and appointment confirmations, and carry client letter and employment verification letter if you have.

Client letter not required.. only employer letter is fine
