Correct! The higher a person goes, the more hours they need to work with hardly any time for private life. Many people don’t even know this basic fact and jump to amateur conclusions.

And you think you know know any better than the highly qualified and experienced executives/leaders who hired those people in higher positions? Or you know any better how to run their business? What qualifies you to make that statement?

people in higher positions are not trolling and wasting their time on AFDB like you and I. they have much better things to do - they have a business to run, teams to lead and take care of company’s bottom line so they could pay salaries to employees on time. Running and managing a business is not a joke. One thing is for sure, you may never climb to a higher position if your thought process is like this.

In America, people don’t just climb heights off their good looks or skin color. It takes real qualifications, real experience, real caliber and so much more. You don’t see a 20 year old executive or manager who is just out of his college. There is accountability for everything. Even ex-president Trump is getting bombarded day and night for his actions. This is not India.
