IITs, IIMs, AIIMS, CCMB, IICT, Central Universities...

if you add all of the institutes starting with "Indian Institute of ****" started between 1947-1965, they will run into hundreds probably thousands.

THAT TOO IN A NATION THATS STILL STRUGGLING TO FEED MAJORITY OF ITS POPULATION

And we have a joker visionary leader who in 2000 inaugurated one institute named ISB and still counting as the biggest achievement in Indian  History.
