Gatorade or Fanta helps a lot. Also keep drinking water.

Bread tini, Aspirin, ibuprofen (Motrin, other brands), and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may help with the headache and the overall achy feelings.

Keep drinking lots of water and it will flush out alcohol in one day.
