Scenarios:

IF: uscis uses all visa numbers

IF: spill over is above 60k

Then: 2014 Dec daka clear avvali for FY 2022

and looking at the 140 approvals for 2015, they are 32k so dependant and dup filing consider chesi *2 cheste 64k gc demand from 2015 folks for FY23 which will be covered by the spillover

then 2015 will get cleared and 2016 might just start…but the problem with 2016 is they are 46k approved 140s so need close to 90k additional visas to cover that.
