I am working on front end technologies last 4+ years on various frameworks….i thought this is entire javascript…

Bro my advice is don’t try to build your career on tools. They have limited shelf life. 
 

try to do programming (backend/front end) / if you are up to challenge  try to be advanced practitioner for at least two languages and start looking at software architecture , design , algorithms for next level career. 
 

One of my colleague is a polyglot in programming . 
 He is c,c++,Java,c# and .net api programming expert.
