River island lathrop community is beautiful like lakes, parks , charter schools every thing looks amazing but bayata emi undadu very far weekly twice commute aina kuda chala planning undali 

Manteca waste if u are school dependent 

Brentwood one good thing is Antioch bart to sf is near but south bay commute is almost impossible,  plus brentbwood koni areas lo schools ok dokie but at least bay area ki near ani chepukovichu

Core lathrop is bad school river islands lathrop is special community in lathrop they have higher property taxes so they made 3 exclusive charter schools 

River island technology academy

Epic school

STEAM 

All three only river islands people can go 

A kids ki uniform anta😀 similarbto.private schools etc teachers are outside union I mean they can fire teachers id they are not performing etc etc

Because of high property tax they are covering man made lakes, base ball stadimuns, basketball , soccer fields etc etc
