Question to PD 2015 folks please give me your valueble suggestion 

My pd is july2015 with my old employer (llc) who is willing to file 485j if my filing dates become current in next 2-3 visa bulletins
My perm with my currents FANG company is in process and I should have it completed in next 6 months(Feb 2023)

If per-say filing dates become current (July 2015)in October or November bulletin. Do you recommend me to switch to my old employer and just get an EAD and switch to him in future

Or stick with my current FANG employer and hope dates don’t retrogress still next year.

i have seen people living/breathing about PDs,

- ruining their careers

- working like labor, not having enough life!!!

- living a dog5hit lifestyle 

- not enjoying life 

- making kids suffer, not taking them on vacation  and making them look like almost like a homeless kids

 

and having led this kind of lifestyle for decades, what do you think will change after getting GC or what are planning to achieve in your life and what is that you want to tell your kids ????

 

PS: you worrying/thinking about PD deosnt do any good, once you PD is currently you will get it no matter what!!

Bro job changing other stuff I can't tell bro. Look at EB3 situation in 2020 and 2022. Anything can happen with USCIS. Sorry.

Week bro average time medical is not a big deal if dates become current , get birth certificates for your and your dependents if they are not there that is the time consuming part

If you trust him then , no need to join..

usually if you are not working with them, emmana complicated RFE vasthe, they don't  give much focus on it.
