i used in past 

u initiate transfer and then have to enter authentication code and if possible call with customer care to clear and fast xfer

I did online 

it’s something like initiate in wise 

then do the xfer in bank account - mention wise xfer transaction number in reference column 

call wise and tell u completed xfer from bank account (if it’s urgent) 

wise will send money to your india bank account 

wise gives more xfer rate but charges transfer fee so check the final amount u get in INR
