I don't suggest bro talk ro attorney,  if tge perm was eligible for eb2 you can give a try. Is your eb3 approved?? Ask them make sure it will have no impact on eb3

It depends bro perm is eligible for eb2 we can give a shot emo attorney can answer,  andsram eb2 to eb3 downgrade chesamunkada (easy) similar approach but might go through little stringent approval process compared to downgarde

EB2 to EB2 downgrade is easy but not the other way possible as far as I know, do you know anyone who did this ?

Yes, upgrade kastam.

Usually people end up filing new one in EB2.

Correct. Unless your profile qualifies for EB2 in NIW category, you will require a new LC/Perm in EB2 Category.  NIW category lo qualify avvali ante your attorney need to do a bunch of writing, explaining on how you qualify.

I don’t think perm will be eligible, it’s only eligible for 180 days no cc @Picheshwar

Yes 180 days to attach to 140, once it does we all dod downgrades , uscis will pickup electronic ally from previous 140 approved
