kaka, asalu manavallu india ki pondhea aa stamping antea bhayam valla.....i have seen uncles staying for a decade without going to india(i see where they are coming from, they worked hard thinking that it will end this year and a decade passes)

i know this is an errifuk ask, about getting stamping inside the same country. i think they need to revisit the whole process 

1. Approved i797 una asalu VO without explanation stamping yala reject chestharu 

2. Stamping una poe lo without valid reason yala deport chestharu???

ila logiic lekunda they can play with our mental health........i think i have traveled the most to india since F1 , i almost go once every 2yrs.......still with all the valid papers and everything.....it stresses me out to goto Stamping and at poe i always feel like a gamble. why ????

 

Anna, do u know how much fraud happens in H1’s? Why do you think USCIS added so many restrictions on extensions, client letters, office visits, employer documents, etc etc etc..  5-20 yrs ago, it used to be very easy to get a h1 visa..

I know some people who are on h1 and not doing any IT related work and managing businesses here for someone else.. but they are somehow managing to get extensions and run payroll..

Lot of fraud have gone down man.. there is still a lot more going on.. B1 mida vachhi 6 months contract jobs chesevallu.. one of my colleague was sent back from port of entry bcoz of that..
