H1B dropbox question - Urgent

My previous H1B Visa was expired on Jan1st 2018. My initial drop box appointment was scheduled for April 2021,. I could not travel due to COVID ,so rescheduled 2 times for Dec 2021 and Dec 2022.  I submitted the questionnaire at the time of scheduling for the first time and confirmed that my visa was expired within the 48 months, but while  rescheduling the appointment the questionnaire is not asked again and I was able to  successfully rescheduled to this year Dec 2022.  Am i still eligible for Dropbox since it would have  been 60 months  passed since my previous visa was issued  . Should i cancel the existing appointment and fill the questionnaire as per current rules and see if i am eligible for drobox or not. Planning to book the tickets this week. I am not seeing any new  appointments until next year end.

I don’t think that 48 month visa rule is mandatory now .. you are eligible for drop box .. don’t cancel existing appointment bro .. malli dorkadu

I made a mistake and it didn't give me dropbox option.I booked in person interview. I didn't cancel and planning to attend interview as dates are not available if you cancel.

How to confirm this bro? I called traveldesk customer service and they said they don’t know if I am eligible or not antunnaru

What mistake you made bro ? Did you answer the questionnaire incorrectly ?
