4:30 PM tharvtha only family time antaduuu....Always goes on hiking and his kids are travelling a lot with him. Although they are still under 7 years still. Physically active ga raise chesthunnadu....

Nordic countries lo people enduku healthy and happy untaroooo anukunna....They dont take life too seriously. It makes sense. They enjoy 16 hours and work only 8 hours. He does not think about work when he is not at work. 

Good to learn something from other cultures.

8 hours will not take you any wherr how many new processes are getting adapted

How manyvGit commits , peer review, how many builds got failed because of your git commit what change you bought to company, how many linked in articles medium articles you posted, how many stack overflow questions you contributed

Off course in my office therr are some German collegues whose foundations are at best , they only work 8 to 9 hours , they do musci , sports. Hiking family anni plus the above things what I said , few people are talented may be their iq , foundation

But my point is I cannot apply the same life to mediocre developer like me , yku have to spend time on kid and family but still money is important which is directly proportionate to career 

Today what is the fee for basketball, karate , swimming etc in order for yiur kids to be competitive yiu have to send if they are interested , what about RSM, kumon , mathemeusiem fee

If yiu don't work now yiur kid will question you tommorow why yiu did not send me ani

Admin job , production support job edi doesn't matter bro all it needs is one re org to smash our jobs
