heard some close people complaining - contractors doing multiple jobs and because of that they have to take more share of contractors work and their work load is increasing.

Also people now are suspecting a lot more. so catching more easily.

Yeah did you know that some companies are logging key strokes, and some are making it mandatory for the employees to turn on their videos during conference calls
