April 2012 ki date set chesadu ante. the last un approved application they have in queue is with that PD in EB2.

So the movement will depend on how many more 2012, and 2013 are left pending. 

if it is more than 7000 applications pending until Jan 2013 , then FY23 lo marchipovali rest of 2013 vallu.

lets pray that the backlog for 2012 and 2013 is very minimal. and dates do move 🙏

inka 2013 lo add 1 year for every 7K pending applications.

@Spartan Just last week my perm was approved. My PD is 2014 Feb. so ippudu nenu packet send chesthe at least EAD ayina vasthadha. or new visa visa bulletin is effective from today?

mostly they are people who might have switched jobs and re-applying perm and I-140.

Apri 2012  is 140 approved 485 submitted  application
