Many airlines including air India will not allow you to board without parental authorization letter irrespective of last names.

Evadayina em peekaledu just give letter and sign in passport so it matches

Oka parent sign cheyala or both parents , Nenu notary cheyincha parental auth form .. Kid wife tho travel ani
