People who moved to Austin are mostly high skilled and high earning who work in top tech companies… they made hell lot of money in the last 2 years on stocks/crypto and buying/selling assets and also on stock bonuses.. they moved to Austin on full time remote jobs or with offices in North Austin.. outskirts lo lands anni manolle konesaaru.. you won’t believe how much money is flowing there, and it is much more than Dallas.. I have so many friends in Austin.. 

whoever moved there with average salaries and bought expensive homes at high interest rates there are doomed though.. they are few
