2019 lo start chesa .. 2020 lo stop chesa due to covid .. since then not interested to buy .. especially in this market ... its just a waste.. and too much burden ..

Yeah.. realtors are pushing to buy homes on ARM loans showing that they are cheap, which is incorrect.. they are more expensive than fixed rate loans.. all this for commissions.. they don’t have your best interest in mind..

Yeah ade bro since he had paid 5% down his emi will be high and will be paying high interest rate towards mortgage . Know if fed raises more in future he is worried know what if job loss or some bad happens in recession. Hope all goes well.
