but we definitely are considering adoption it might be 3rd or 4th not sure yet 

I tried to do it for my 2nd kid.. but got strong disapproval from wife and parents on both sides.. without family approval chala kastam baa.. they will keep reminding the kid that he/she was adopted and that will be a disaster.. our society is not matured enough yet..

either have more than one or dont have kids at all.

i have seen many couples (who are in their mid to late 30s) with one kid, having a small regret wish they had another one.
