They have to pick the lesser evil… lose 10-15K of earnest money or end up being bankrupt.. or go through the loan process and have the lender reject the loan as they cannot afford based on their income..

Does earnest money have any contingency like - if loan ineligible avi return vastayi ala?

That’s fine…but if you look at housing availability…Phoenix metro has housing oppurtnities in all directions and not one but there are hundreds of new communities…600-700k is a lot in that reaction man..people migrate ayina kuda not everyone of them will have income levels to afford 600-700k home…

just curious did you buy a house or do you just cry because you did not buy a house? if you are not in that set of people who are interested in buying and you think you fall into that incredible set of amazing humans who are not into materialistic properties then why do you care if someone buys or looses money ??

Home values fluctuate baa… as long as it is affordable to you, you are fine.. the homes rates will go up in the future… you don’t think about the home price all the time when you are living in it.. you only think about it when it is not affordable..
