Apple exposes this info only once where as google twice.

Google exposes more than once. Every time you use the card. It’s same as using credit card online.

Going by the diagram , i think google does it ( public network exposure of cc ) everytime we make a transaction.

google expose everytime you use google pay and also your CC info stored in multiple places now (google server and Bank servers)
