How to deal with this conjuse friends

His salary is 250k+ , 

asked 1500$ for quick transfer, as from one bank to other for me taking time, So zelle here I transfer from other account to your account, 

he transfered immediately, later next day told him transfer 200$ more as I need in other account asap, 

he told, are ninna transfer chesina amount naku reladu urg ga transfer cheyi ani,

I told him from my account a, NO ZELLE so takes 3 or 4 days, if you are in urgency I will ask someone to transfer ani. 

He said yeah ask someone and send me asap ani. I did send back immediately and thinking what kind of friend is he ani, 

He is friend from 10 years, i dont know what to say, in this 10 years I never did a financial transaction like this with him. 

Felt very odd, like to walk away from the friendship, but he is always there when I am down and vice versa. dont know people die so much for money.

Too much man, but 10pm he sent and expectring return by 10 am and despite telling the bank issue and I need to ask someone, then he is happily given account no to get money, so cheap buddy.
