EB2 Green Card Denial from 
My priority date is November 2012 & hence I have downgraded to EB3 & filed for GC in October 2020. This year I interfiled to EB2 when the date became current earlier in April 2022.
My I-485 is denied today because 
"You are the principal beneficiary and a native of India, and you filed Form 1-485 on October 2020. The Visa Bulletin for October 2020 shows that in order to file a Form I-485, associated with a second preference employment-based visa, on that date you must have had a priority date, under the "India" column, before May 15, 2011. The priority date for your approved Form I-140 is November 2012. Since November 2012 is a date that comes after May 15, 2011, an immigrant visa was not available when you filed your Form I-485." — feeling depressed.

That's might be just clerical error bro by attorney,  attorney will appeal and get them back to queue 

Agree its a headache and stress but IMO is 485 is safe
