Nenu present FTE for an insurance company in Iowa from last 10 years ….new job healthcare non profit company…completely remote ….pretty much same salary….Iowa nundi move out avvali ani undi because of cold and all ….complete remote better or stay with current job ? Any pros and cons ?

All these years I worked on site and first time working WFH...enjoying my time at home and also running my errands, my workout, taking care of home, etc etc without any hassles bro..

obviously more time with Fam

first konni rojulu if possible velthe oka 2 weeks in case team unte vellu, most of the time camera on cheyi first konni rojulu just to have that feel, frequent ga meetings petuko , try to gather in person at least once in two months
