Hybrid better . I have seen few friends took full time remote and they are not able to adjust into the team and leaving job because there is no connection. People are not happy remote work life

Too much of family time is also not good ani naa opinion. Atleast in my case. Intlo work chiraku choopinchanu few times. Ippudu chesthunna job pandemic time lo full remote ga join ayya but ippudu neney 2 days a week pothunna. I feel productive.
