Going to be honest 106k is an ok salary…

but will not be sufficient if you plan to buy house .

if you plan to rent as someone said rental appartments in dfw area have seen quite an increase given the demand … if you plan to stay in frisco/plano area rents for 2 bhk on an average looking community is like  around $1800
