20 inaa 30 inaa not much difference you are paying interest more in initial 10-15 years … I cannot comment on investing in india it’s individuals goals … I first 10 years invested in india at ranging from $= 48 rupees till $= 66 now if I have to bing money back I have to pay taxes , black money issues and $ appreciation considering all these factors no gain no loss lo untavu…

I want to pay down as much as I can for primary home. So we do have peace of mind. 
 

if you have more money form an LLC buy investment property . If anything happen to us our family should not suffer to pay loan. And invest on good life insurance.

why we need to ask/request someone to takecare of our property? and giving ideas to "relatives/well wishers/etc..." ?
