but some DB biggies said it’s crime prone area - I also checked in a website and it says crime is more 

so having second thoughts 

if crime is not more  and if the Telugu families are living here then I would definitely chose this  townhomes

I live in Cypress TX. Indian crowd is very good steadily increasing in the last 5 years. The best place is bridgeland, townlake, cypress creek lakes at Tuckerton/Fry intersection. 
school are also rated high in this area.
