This is my spouse h4 ead renewal. Is there anything else one could do apart from waiting?

No premium for h4 so wait for the approval, you can stay as the application is pending but you can’t work if ead expires. If by chance you have h4 approved and ead pending then you can work according to new rule.

In case h4 is approved and ead pending, rarely happens.

Yea. But idi antha h1 visa also 797 expire avakamubdu cheyali ga. No visa no entry to mexico kada

Sometimes h1b gets approved quickly and then the wait for h4 EAD begins. In such a case, if you can cross the border Mexico/Canada using AVR on spouse h1b and i94 gets extended using which you can continue working for 240 days.

h1,h4 expire avvakamunde job switch aithe.

if you file only for H4 transfer but not h4ead as it still has more time.

you recieve h1,h4 approvals and later you file for h4ead.
