renewal ki yes for 540 days , not for new EAD applications

I-94 valid vunte cheyochu if you have filed for renewal.

Yes. I filed with new I-94. For automatic extension they are requesting a letter from employment etc. My wife is not working at the moment, but i was curious about time line of H4 EAD renewal applications.

yes but you should have filed before the expiry

most of the problem is h4 not getting approved with h1

Sorry we travelled to India in Feb and my wife returned in May. POE folks just approved I-94 until Jul as my olf H1 was from 2019-2022. My attorney emailed USCIS and came up with updated I-94
