Yesterday  job lo issues emi levu kadha ani 4 pm logout kotta. Adhi kooda 4 pm pacific time ..ante 7 pm naa est time.

Tharuvatha edho important issue anta naa slack antha eligipoyindhi. People frantically searching for me.

what to do ? be apologetic for not being there till 5 pm pacific..or act like no big deal and start off from where they left.

Your work hours depends on your client location.. start where you left off.. don’t worry .. logging off early is fine imo..
