Car accident Lawyers are calling

The other person’s insurance should pay you all the expenses… you don’t need to hire a lawyer for that unless they refuse to pay you..  talk to your insurance and let them handle it… 

If you hire these accident lawyers, they just squeeze the insurance company for more money and they take most of it as fees.. you will hardly get anything in return..

You never heard of the word "liability insurance "? it is mandatory to take. It simply means all the  amount your insurance as a liability for accident . Your wife can get massages also for the injury and they will pay.

open a claim with your insurance and provide details on what happened . Provide other party’s info if you have it

your insurance will handle it by filling a claim with other party’s insurance

On your insurance card, it says to call them immediately in the event of an accident. DON'T DO IT! That's a trick to take your statement and not pay you. Don't talk to them even if they call you. Hire a lawyer.

If other car driver insurance calls your wife or you and asks if you have any injuries..tell them talk to my lawyer and hang up the phone..

 

Sometime people get backpains and serious after affects years later because of the accident..and you cannot cover medical expenses..

Agree that it is possible. But how will people prove that it is because of that accident. Also there is a limit on for up to X years you can claim.

It is ...your doctor's can prove it.. they will see immediate tissue damage that will develop in to chronic back pain

Oh aythe immediate ga claim cheyyalunda let’s say they went after several months( which is allowed) …. appudu complicate avthadi kadaa for proving because you never know what happened in those months ?

Ok , this is what I found in our face group with my colleagues 

We will have to talk to our insurance for medical bills , they will fight with other insurance to get it approved 

since we are not at fault we don’t have to pay for the rental car the at fault person insurance has to cover 

I am not sure what is the statue of limitation  in my state but better to deal with insurance directly with lawyer as they take cut in the settlement 

I was more focused on my wife’s health and getting a new car now I am finding out all the details

Other insurance should pay for all these things even without laywyer
