I am not from Dallas but have some idea. Indian stores and restaurants …. Eventually vastay Kada. Also remote jobs aypoyakaa people have to travel to Plano or wherever IT companies are in Dallas…. Idi daily entha time paduthadi anedi think cheyyali daily commuters.

It will take many years to come bro. Businesses won't risk opening shops there. Especially indian grocies and restaurants.

Bagane unnaay.. but highways ki chala dooram.. north tollway gets packed up during office hours (even 10-15 yrs ago) and is even worse now during weekdays… you will get better homes (may be bit small) in Frisco and McKinney for same price.. 

Also better wait till next summer for more inventory..

Depends on what you are looking for bro...remote work , dont want to travel alot to Dallas, Frisco, prosper ante consider it.

Aubrey is in Denton county but bit far from Dallas, Frisco, prosper .Main ga 380 use cheyali for commute , traffic is horrible on 380.

 

Pros: you can get a home for bit cheaper compared to Celina. Also few communities in Aubrey falls under prosper ISD ( Sutton fields  community ) .

I live in an apartment near keller crossing, 76244. Planning to move out next year.

Cons -

Whole place looks like an Industrial area - mana VJA/HYD outskirts laga; Bad roads ; Too much traffic and pollution of course  ; Have to cross railway gate (Active) to go to other side of keller or towards dallas.

Desi groceries and restaurants - Need to go to Irving or carroltown. There are a few desi grocery/restaurants near by, but the quality/taste is sub par. Main deal breaker for me.

Pros -

Walmart, Costco and Samsclub - with in 1 to 3 miles.

Heard school rating is good.

~Less desi population.  Edhina store ki pothey 3 to 5 members kantey ekkuva vundaru mana desis.

Eh madhya kottha shauk chustunna emanna ante downtown high rise lo vuntamu antaru view baaguntadi adi idi ani. Na bongu donwtown higly risky and view anedi 3 nalla mucchata and ridiculously  pricey. Social media heavy influence
