Texas has only one school district in the top 50 school districts. Most good schools are in NJ NY IL CA and MA. And universities which are good are UT Austin Baylor Texas A&M College Station and Rice. Tri state and CA has better universities for the area. UT Dallas Texas Tech lanti universities max anni states lo untayi. Educational ga Texas is ok not great

 for dumb question. if X makes 140, federal tax : 20-23%. state is 0 correct ? if state tax we are saving around 6K then we pay tax for 6K ? if so is it federal tax slab ?
